One thing that Sheldrake banked on was the 100 monkey theory.
I was fascinated that somehow monkeys on other islands learned around the same time what happened on one island!
But then, I later found out that Sheldrake ignored Occam's razor. Turns out the monkeys there do swim between islands. Since they're a social species, they share information.
As for the other stuff, I'd love to see double blind experiments in order to factor out the placebo/nocebo effect. We should give it the same scrutiny as germ theory.
